You can use the little chair you have in a more creative manner: gather small rocks, or wallnuts or something other hard and relatively small (lego bricks, old keyboard keys, bottlecaps, whatever), and put them on the chair in an orderly fashion. For instance, arrange them so they cover the entire top of the chair. Then, stand on the chair with small hard objects, and meashure the time you can take standing on it, and report to us. Also, report the number of objects you have dropped during your standing, and any objects that have remained stuck to your feet when you stepped down. Of course, write as much as you can about your feelings while preparing and obeying these instructions I hope you like this idea, and that you will try to do it for us.

However, I would say snapping large rubber bands against the soles - at least ten times quite quickly, maybe even more - can be very painful indeed. Here is the list of my recent tasks:

- traditional falaka

- walking on tacks, then finally a long bastinado session with tightly tied toes!!

- neeedle

- each toe tied up

- foot tickle torture

- traditional bastinado. Just the ankles tied, toes are free and trying to get out of bastinado,
  feet trying to protect one another.

- want to see your sexy soles in the classic falaka with two women holding the falaka tool

- punished traditional falaka position

- falaka weth the can


- the razor blades story

- tighten the streams a bit stronger, and than...  30 strokes with a good, hard leather belt on your sexy toes...autsch...!!!!

- wind a rubber seal at each foot. Pull it strong and let it snap at your sole. Repeat that 100 times on each sole.
  So you got a nice red stripe on your soles.

- classical falaka should be the first lesson!

- rubber bands around your feet, snapping each one against your soles 20 times?

 -I would prefer classical position in which two women is holding the falaka rod ( or it can be a wooden plank to secure her feet)
  while her feet are tightly tied in the middle and being caned or whipped by a single tail heavy whip severely with no mercy. the strokes should
  no be less than 75 or 100!
